  • When does my box ship?
    Your first box will ship within the next month's shipment cycle. For example, if you sign up on August 15th, your first box will be the SEPTEMBER box.


  • Where should I send my box?
    Most Robb Vices boxes require a signature of an adult 21 years or older upon delivery. Therefore, we highly suggest you send your boxes to an address with a guaranteed signer, either an office or doorman building. There is no way for Robb Vices to waive the "signature upon delivery" requirement or redirect packages once they are in transit.


  • What will come in my box?
    Really cool stuff. From really cool brands. From all over the globe. Product categories include wine, tools, tech, toys, fashion, home, barware, grooming, VIP experiences, exclusive deals and discounts, and beyond.


  • Will I know what's in my box beforehand?
    Robb Vices is all about discovery. With very few surprises left in life anymore, Rob Vices aims to surprise and delight you every month. Therefore, we will rarely release what's in the box ahead of time. If we do decide to release a teaser, brace yourself- that means it's going to be epic.


  • Do you ship spirits in the box?
    Not very often, but when we do, we'll ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA. Don't see your state?Don't worry - you'll still receive an equally epic box for that month.


  • Do you ship overseas?
    At the moment, Robb Vices is restricted to US residents only. However, there are plans to expand our membership in Asia and Canada coming soon.


  • Can I buy just one box?
    YES! Head over to our online shop, www.VicesReserve.com, to browse the boxes that are available for single purchase.


  • How do I cancel?
    You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@robbvices.com. Once cancelation has been processed, the remaining boxes of your membership will still ship, but your account will not auto renew. We are unable to process refunds for boxes that have been delivered, are in transit, or are awaiting shipment.


  • I never want this to end. Does my account our renew?
    Yes, all Robb Vices memberships auto renew.
